			En novembre,  Alain Ducasse  s'installe au  Dorchester à Londres.

 Alain Ducasse  launches  Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester  on London's Park Lane, November 13th. The space, completely transformed by architect  Patrick Jouin, seats 80. 
As well as conventional tables there are three private dining areas, all with romantic leafy views onto Park Lane and Hyde Park. 
 Nichola Canuti  (ex-Spoon des Iles at the One&Only Le Saint Geran, Mauritius) is Executive chef.  Angelo Ercolano  is chef patissier and, directing the team in the salle  Christian Laval, who has worked with Ducasse (at Louis XV, Monaco, Spoon Paris etc.) longer than he cares to remember. Head Sommelier is  Hugues Lepin, in tandem with  Gerard Margeon, Wine Director of Groupe Alain Ducasse.
 Alain Ducasse  is no longer in any particular kitchen in his Groupe, as both chef-creator and entrepreneur he inspires and manages his extensive talented team. "I rely on my executive chefs to translate my cuisine, and at The Dorchester I am blessed with a particularly gifted and capable brigade", he explains. The dishes reflect Ducasse's signature cuisine, using a combination of the finest French and British seasonal ingredients.
